Growth Partner

Most good products don't fail on technology — they fail because nobody sells them. Easy Connect brings the marketing, the sales system and, when needed, the technology, so you can keep building while customers keep coming.

Three ways to partner

Pick the model that fits where you are.

Every engagement starts with a written plan and a written agreement. Exact numbers are set per partner — never hidden, never guessed.

  • Growth Partnership

You run the product. We run marketing and sales.

Founders with a live product and first customers, who want a sales team without hiring one.

    You do
    Product, delivery and customer support.
    We do
    • Positioning, pricing pages and sales kit
    • Lead generation across ads, search and partners
    • CRM, demos and follow-ups until the deal closes
    • A monthly report on every lead and rupee

CommercialsSmall onboarding fee + an agreed share of the revenue we bring in.

  • Build + Grow Partnership

We build the technology, then take it to market.

Domain experts and business owners with a strong idea or a ready market, but no tech team.

    You do
Domain knowledge, industry network and operations.
    We do
    • Product design and engineering (web, mobile, SaaS)
    • Launch, hosting and ongoing improvements
    • The full growth system from the first model

CommercialsA reduced build fee + equity or a revenue share, agreed in writing.

We take on only a few of these each year.

  • Growth Retainer

A fixed monthly fee. We run your marketing.

Businesses that already sell and want steady, accountable marketing without building a team.

    You do
Approvals, offers and closing the leads we send.
    We do
    • Monthly marketing plan and content calendar
    • Google, Meta and local-search campaigns
    • WhatsApp and email automation
    • Lead tracking and a monthly review call

CommercialsMonthly retainer plus your ad budget. No long lock-in, a simple notice period.

What we handle

One team for the whole path to revenue.

From the first pitch line to the closed deal — with automation doing the repetitive work, so a small team covers a lot of ground.

  • Positioning & messaging

Who you sell to, why they buy and the one-line pitch your whole team repeats.

  • Sales kit

Decks, one-pagers, demo videos, pricing sheets and objection answers — in English and Hindi.

  • Lead generation

Google and Meta ads, SEO, Google Business Profile and local listings.

  • Channel & field sales

Resellers, agencies, CAs and associations that already reach your buyers.

  • WhatsApp & email automation

Instant replies, demo reminders and follow-up sequences that run on their own.

  • CRM & pipeline

Every enquiry captured, assigned and followed up — nothing lost in a chat.

  • Search & content

Blogs, reels and posts that answer what your buyers are searching for.

  • Reporting

Leads, demos, conversions and cost per customer — one page, every month.

Tested on ourselves

We sell our own products the same way.

ResiSmart and ECN People are Easy Connect products, and we take them to market with exactly the system we offer partners: one CRM for every enquiry, WhatsApp follow-ups that run on their own, demo flows, channel partners and a monthly numbers review.

Because we build software too, we can fix what slows sales down — a confusing sign-up, a missing pricing page, a slow demo — instead of only running ads around it.

How it works

From first call to a working sales engine.

  1. Step 01

    Audit

A free call and a look at your product, pricing, website and current sales. You get an honest view either way.

  2. Step 02

    Growth plan

Target buyers, channels, monthly targets and budget — written down and agreed before any work starts.

  3. Step 03

    Launch

Sales kit, campaigns, CRM and automations go live. Leads start flowing into one pipeline.

  4. Step 04

    Review & scale

Monthly numbers review. We double down on what works and switch off what doesn't.

Is it a fit?

We say no when we can't help.

A good fit if

  • Your product is live and at least a few customers use it
  • You can deliver and support the customers we bring
  • You want a written plan with targets, not vague promises
  • You are open to sharing numbers so we can measure honestly

Not yet, if

  • The product is still an idea with no prototype (start with Build + Grow)
  • You want guaranteed sales figures before any work
  • You can't take on new customers right now

Questions

Things founders ask us first.

How is a revenue share calculated?

On sales that come through the channels we run, tracked in a shared CRM so both sides see the same numbers. The percentage, duration and exit terms are agreed in a written partnership agreement before we start.

Do you guarantee a number of customers?

No. Anyone who guarantees sales without knowing your product is guessing. We commit to a written plan, the work in it and transparent monthly reporting.

Who owns the code and the customers?

In a Growth Partnership or Retainer, you own your product and your customers. In Build + Grow, ownership of the code and IP is set out in the agreement — usually shared in line with the equity split.

Can we start small?

Yes. Most partners start with an audit and a three-month plan, then decide whether to continue, change the model or stop.

Which industries do you work with?

B2B software, local services, real estate, retail and consumer brands — especially products sold to Indian businesses and households. If we don't think we can help, we'll say so on the first call.
